I had a mega 180 in life, sweet and quiet nerd that follows rules like no tomorrow to a persistent advocate for applicable injustices all in which I can speak on because of experience lived. I may only be 36 but it has not been easy and it definitely isn't easy with epilepsy.
I say I'm a purple warrior rocking my armor because you have to be very strong and to have a chronic illness; many are recognized and acknowledged well known to general public and the other conditions get back burner. Epilepsy for sure because it has such many variations and isn't really accounted as important. From simply raising my hand to ASK permission to speak to LISTEN to what I have to say.
Everybody deserves a better quality of life and so many are not getting it because of the injustices; for the disabled, for housing injustices and economic resources where issues also merge with the social determinants of Health. There's race that is a factor, there is location factor, knowledge of and access to resources play roles. The housing dynamic is a factor as well is what education you have. Just everything.
