Just listening to music today and what caught my ear was Believer: Imagine Dragons. It felt like a good example of how I feel about my epilepsy.
"Pain, let the bullets fly, oh let them rain. my life, my love, my drive, it came from pain"
It applies my relationship with epilepsy. Regardless of the seizures and symptoms that are happening I was still motivated to try harder, share the kindness that I seek; I've had close calls but I'm still here. I'm a believer 🙏
I agree. I actually have two anthems. The first is this is me from the greatest showman, the second is fight song by Rachel platten. both speak to me not just about my battle with seizures but also about life and how I've dealt with it and survived as the warrior I've become.
