That's instructional towards the tonic clonic (grand mal) vs focal (petite mal) and many other types of seizures. Seizures symptoms vary and can include a sudden change in awareness or full loss of consciousness, unusual sensations or thoughts, involuntary twitching or stiffness in the body or severe stiffening and limb shaking with loss of consciousness (a convulsion.)
Nonetheless this purple warrior, Community Health Worker, is still on a mission. Advocacy Matters. 2024 Success. Even with my battle wounds accumulation over time, everyone needs to know; there's a quite common condition that society needs to address. It took a lot out of me, and away from me, but it didn't win.
What is most important is not to panic about the situation and think about 1st aid.
