
Everybody needs a woosah

The actual skill that every warrior has to master is discipline of finding their "woosah" in essence of seizure risks. Woosah is a feeling of relief or calmness in the midst of chaos.
Having knowledge of what triggers our seizures and knowing what precautions to take any of the uneasy feelings such as phobias, anxiety, and panic attacks, can be diffused by having a woosah moment, complete feeling of calmness.
Not every warrior has controlled epilepsy; in a moment of deja vu or aura of any sort I swipe my VNS magnet, deep breath, count repeatedly until the uneasy feelings pass. If I get flustered on anything I do the same because that's part of my coping mechanism, my woosah. Do you know your's?
