Fate & Faith: The opportunity is here

As I described, my faith is my primary coping mechanism; it helps someone build resiliency. I surely have been trying in more ways than one, none in which prevailed.
Rather than sulk in sorrow, I think those ventures were not genuinely mine to persue. They were not my, what people call, fate. Being that resilient warrior that I am, I haven't thrown in the towel.
The opportunity to cross paths with my calling might be waiting on my doorstep. Why do anything other than what brings me true satisfaction? Not just helping others, as a community health worker, but helping through the foundation. I'd be honored, and I know it's finally my turn.
