A highly sensitive person (hsp) is often labeled being dramatic, over-reactive to subtle stimuli, but on a medical level, they're living life with Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS). A hsp can be from both genetic roots, born naturally, and/or post-trauma. Nonetheless they have a gift of emotional intelligence and empathy where they can tune into ones emotion remaining considerate of others. A thoughtful person, can easily become suppressed by their personal untended emotions. As a result, the hsp feels emotional neglect.
Having the habits of perfectionism, dont want to be but are surely their own worst critics creating a sense of self-doubt.

Positivity is key: stress avoidance, ability to say no, have a "safe place" soothing environment
