A quite valid background description; it has been a rocky road... I'm still here. Epilepsy is still trying to rain in on my parade, and of course I'd rather have occasional drizzling then the damaging hurricane. It been a mudslide for a long time, but a sturdy foundation is developing and it's time to build.
Who is to expect a mental health worker out of Boston to see my LinkedIn and reach out to invite me to an event he was holding. I definitely didn't expect it but as a result I made connections with a woman that makes custom tshirts. Purple warriors need to be acknowledged and respected just as much as anyone else. My shirt makes me proud, that will be sold soon. "Life in our eyes" concept is for other people to see our perspectives.
To share my story, my core is being a purple warrior, with various chapters. However it plays out, the result is topics for the podcast. There's a lot of people that don't get their due quality of life and that is something that needs to be addressed; possible solutions, and order of operations is good for people who plan on going to the advocacy field either for themselves or others to learn.
