It's not my fault, why feel guilty?

It goes without saying that caregiving for a loved one with epilepsy is not easy. It's greatly appreciated, just a couple things need to be remembered. Hard at times for the caregiver, yes; the overlooked part is that its not my choice to have seizures. First, I didn't ask to be born, nor do I have a self inflicted condition. It's not my fault. People can have their own assumptions, I know the truth. 😊
