Certified Community Health Worker...oh what a world

What are we, what we do, and definitely the journey we take to reach such title is not exactly understood by everyone. Our significance is somewhat unseen.
Time to Shine some light on the un-noted trusted workers that do the "dirty work" for you to get needed resources that are basically unattainable due to Social Determinants Of Health (S.D.O.H)
It is a challenge to juggle the stressors of everyday life for some individuals. They may need a helping hand to reach the intended goal, but they all deserve a better quality of life. We're that middle man holding their hand. I live off the policy of treat others how you want to be treated. During a term with Americorps, I earned Certification CCHW; along with CDC training in public health. Served with Epilepsy Foundation New England.
All the while I was still a fighting purple Warrior, so it was not a breeze for me. I have been through so many various things what gives me my true drive is to help others surpass their ongoing and/or upcoming hardships. I know my obstacles were no fun and I would be filled with joy if the person or community regarding how hard it is to find accurate information; and/or stress the frequent mistakes people make that can be avoided.
I just want to highlight how those who even have what seems like all odds are against them still have a chance. Don't give up, retract, or buckle as one too many do. You yourself be heard loud and clearly.
