This says plenty

If one was to ask a warrior how they feel inside sometimes it's hard to find the right words, gather our thoughts, sometimes lose our train of thought mid-sentence and the message never gets out. As a result people often just shut down and that can be misinterpreted from the outside looking in. I want to share this with you because it gives a good summary of the intended message that is can be hard to put together.
