Plenty can be said in written words, but a video can say so much more. Housing injustices are on a constant
I have experienced these hardships and injustices in various parts of Rhode Island. The all mighty dollar weasels it's way in and causes a domino effect. Very few care about the tenant and in result even if won, it is on your record.
Whomever concluded what is at least up to par, what code enforcement refers to as "bare minimum", really needs some common sense because of they thought inhabitable conditions were acceptable. Loud and wrong, time to speak up not just type.
